Emtelco, Konecta, Telecenter Panamericana, and Diageo Among Top Winners at BPrO CX Interaction Awards
The CX Summit 2024, the main annual event on customer experience and user service organized by the Colombian BPO Association (BPrO), recently concluded its 24th edition — with a record attendance of more than 1,200 people and 80 exhibitors.
For two days in Cartagena, attendees had the opportunity to explore new ideas, share experiences and establish valuable connections in a technological and challenging environment, where artificial intelligence was the protagonist in decision-making.

One of the most anticipated moments of the CX Summit was the delivery of the CX Interaction Awards, where outstanding companies in customer interaction and that have demonstrated excellence in various processes, contributing to the success of their organizations through the adoption of new technologies and innovative tools, were recognized.
These winners stood out for their commitment to excellence in customer experience and innovation in the BPO sector, thus reflecting the spirit of avant-garde and quality that characterizes the CX Summit.
