ACDECC’s 15th Annual Customer Experience Summit to Tackle ‘The Transformation of Interactions’ in Bogotá

Experts such as Mitch Lowe, co-founder of Netflix and now president of Movie Pass, Shep Hyken, specialist in customer experience, and Juanita Rodriguez, Colombian vice minister of the Digital Economy are on the roster of the 25 specialists that will be analyzing these topics with more than 1,200 industry attendees from May 8-10 in the Centro Empresarial El Cubo of Bogotá during the 15th annual Customer Experience Summit organized by the Colombian Contact Center & BPO Association (ACDECC&BPO).
