Alorica currently has approximately 350 employees in its first Cali, Colombia center, with a capacity to grow to 600 seats.

TaskUs opened its first Colombian operations during the height of the COVID Pandemic, but has now cut the opening ribbon on its Cali physical location.

Concentrix joins other CX BPOs in Medellín like Teleperformance, Konecta, Webhelp/Onelink, and UPS.
