Concentrix joins other CX BPOs in Medellín like Teleperformance, Konecta, Webhelp/Onelink, and UPS.

Ryan, founder of both Ad Hoc Communications & The CX Blockchain Institute, was in Cartagena for Bpro's 2022 CX Summit.

The merger will make Konecta the 5th largest CX outsourcer globally, with over 100,000 employees.
