Customer Experience BPO TaskUs Expands To Cali, Colombia

US based outsourcing & technology firm TaskUs announced the opening of its newest location in Cali, Colombia with a virtual recruiting event last Friday. Bilingual candidates interested in employment may contact the company here.

TaskUs already operates technology hubs in locations such as the United States, Europe, Taiwan, and India, and this marks the company’s first foray into South America. Launching this month, the company will initially employ a 100% telework remote working modality. However once open, TaskUs says the site will offer recreation and relaxation areas, collaborative spaces and fun zones with gaming equipment and kiosks.

TaskUs offers innovative work-life balance policies like meeting-free Fridays, no-chat weekends, and the requirement of a “truly unplugged” vacation.
