Tecnoglass Announces Q4 2020 Dividend

Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS), the Barranquilla, Colombia based manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0275 USD per share, or $0.11 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on January 29, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2020.
