The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.

Tecnoglass produces glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the multi-family, single-family, and commercial end markets.

The company’s next quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share will be payable on April 28, 2023.
