The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 28, 2024.

Tecnoglass produces glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the multi-family, single-family, and commercial end markets.

In 2017 Tecnoglass installed 15,000 solar panels, which have negated over 10,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year since inception.

With operations based in Barranquilla Colombia, Tecnoglass primarily services the US construction market.
