Tecnoglass Announces Fourth Quarter 2022 Cash Dividend

Barranquilla based Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS), Colombia’s largest manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the global residential and commercial end markets, yesterday evening (December 6) announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.30 per share on an annualized basis, for the fourth quarter of 2022. The dividend will be paid on January 31, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 30, 2022.
