The technology consultancy was founded in a collaborative effort led by the Medellín Chamber of Commerce, Bogotá-based ICT research and development organization CINTEL, and the CREAME Business Incubator in Medellín.
Along with pushing digital transformation, the Digital Business Development Center will generally work to promote and advance the ecosystem for innovation, productivity, and competitiveness in the Andean nation. For now, it does not have a physical office but will operate as a consulting service.
With experts from the Medellín Chamber of Commerce Digital Business Cluster, CINTEL, and CREAME contributing their resources and advice, companies will be able to use this new resource to help them improve areas including cybersecurity, cloud implementation, the Internet of Things, and Big Data and analytics.
As the new venture gets underway, CINTEL has encouraged those interested in finding out more to contact Ana María Trimmiño, senior manager at CINTEL ([email protected]), or Rubén Darío Cadavid Marín, director of the Digital Business Cluster ([email protected]).
