Update: James Landis responds.
We promised to provide an update if we hear from Mr. Landis and he provided us with the following statement:
I am innocent of the charges filed against me. I was and am not selling cannabis and was only doing educational tours to mostly Americans who visited our house. The charges against me are serious and I was set up by a bad person living in our house and he went to the police and made up all these lies about me being a drug trafficker , etc. None of that is true.
