ZFB Group Opens Multitenant BPO Oriented Facility In Cali

Cali has become a strategic point for investment in Colombia’s services sector, earning the moniker “hometown of Corporations”, with more than 150 domiciled in the Valle de Cauca region, servicing national and international markets. The region has 4.7 million inhabitants and it has a GDP of USD $28 billion, as of 2017, being the third most important city in Colombia, economically.

The Cali location and proximity to the both the Ecuador border and the Pacific port city of Buenaventura makes it a distribution point for international markets. Due to the dynamism that has persisted in the “sultana del Valle”, in previous years there has been an increase the search for facilities that are more efficient, comfortable and accessible.
