Tecnoglass To List On Colombia’s BVC In Addition To Its Existing US-Based NASDAQ Offering

Tecnoglass, Inc. (NASDAQ: TGLS), the $200 Million+ USD Barranquilla based manufacturer of architectural glass, windows, and associated aluminum products for the global residential and commercial construction industries, has announced that effective January 6, 2016, the company’s ordinary shares will be listed on Colombia’s Stock Exchange, the Bolsa de Valores de Colombia. The ticker symbol has not been assigned yet. The Colombia listing will be secondary to Tecnoglass’ primary listing on the  US-based NASDAQ Stock Market.
