Dayton Superior Corporation, an Ohio based international supplier chemicals, devices and accessories to the commercial and industrial cement construction industry, has announced today that the company will expand their operations in Bogota, Colombia. The company will move to Parque Industrial Acrópolis, known in Spanish as Acropolis Industrial Park. The new location will provide the company with twicetheir current distribution space, while tripling their office space.
The new facility will house sales, engineering, technical service and customer service operations as well as a distribution center servicing customers throughout Colombia and South America.
“Dayton Superior’s success in South America escalated at a higher rate than originally projected. The demand for our products has created an immediate need to expand our facilities,” said Rick Wilson, Regional Vice President of Latin America for Dayton Superior. “This expansion will allow Dayton Superior to better support our rapidly growing Latin and South American customer base.”
Dayton Superior opened their current Bogota, Colombia facility in February 2014, the company’s first in South America. Dayton Superior made their first expansion into the Latin American market in 2011 with the opening of their Panama City, Panama operations.
