Flora Growth Announces Time & Date Of First Earnings Call

Cannabis cultivator Flora Growth Corp. (NASDAQ:FLGC) has announced that it will host its first half 2021 earnings call via webcast on Thursday, August 19^th, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. ET following the release of its first half 2021 financial results. Flora is the first ever cannabis cultivator to list on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the US without using a SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company), reverse merger, or dual listing, and became the first all-outdoor cannabis grower to ever list on NASDAQ.

Flora Growth CEO Luis Merchan told Finance Colombia: “Our revenue growth quarter-over-quarter is indicative of the momentum that we’ve been building in our business, particularly in our food and beverage division where the appeal for our organic and exotic juices, chocolates, and premium canned products has never been higher. With the recent news from the Colombian government now permitting us to produce, market, and export a number of new cannabis products, we believe that Flora is poised for a breakout as we remain highly focused on the delivery of our expanding premium product portfolio to consumers around the world.”

During the webcast, management will deliver financial results, operational updates, and provide comments on recent growth and M&A initiatives announced in the period since the company listed its shares on the NASDAQ stock exchange on May 11^th, 2021. Following the presentation, Flora will offer analysts, media, and investors the opportunity to ask questions in a question-and-answer session.
