Ecopetrol Approves New Members for Internal Committees

The board of directors of Ecopetrol today approved the membership of its internal committees. In all, four committees were filled by the Bogotá-based oil and gas giant: risk and audit; businesses; corporate government and sustainability; and compensation and nomination.

Colombia’s minister of finance, a cabinet-level position held currently by Mauricio Cárdenas, will sit on three of the four committees for the state-controlled company.

The following is a full list of the committee members who were approved by the board.
