Business Travel Survey Cites Avianca As Best Airline in South America
Readers of Business Travel Magazine had the opportunity to vote for their favorite products and services, in line with their most efficient, productive and enjoyable travel experiences.
The business travelers participating in Best in Business Travel Awards selected the best travel service companies, including airlines, airports, hotels, conference and convention destinations, car rental companies, and aircraft manufacturers.
Through the 2014 survey, the Best in Business Travel Awards recognized the excellence of 47 service companies in 62 categories around the globe. Based on criteria combining best value and service, as well as the route structure, convenience, proximity, and service culture, world travelers chose Colombian air carrier Avianca as the Best Airline in South and Latin America in 2014.
According to the Business Traveler survey, all details are important for business travelers, with higher value assigned to route network coverage, in-flight comfort, as well as the availability of the latest technology throughout the service chain and, of course, the quality and comprehensiveness of service.
