Atico Mining Liquidates Debt To 1st Debenture Holders From Toachi Acquisition

Atico Mining Corporation (TSX.V: ATY, OTC: ATCMF) has announced that it has repaid in full, its outstanding $1,347,875 CDN first tranche of the debenture facility payable to first debenture group holders. The debenture facility was assumed by the company as a result of the Toachi acquisition made in September of last year.

In the following months, Atico plans to continue reducing all of the remaining debts assumed with the acquisition in accordance with their respective terms.
