TaskUs opened its first Colombian operations during the height of the COVID Pandemic, but has now cut the opening ribbon on its Cali physical location.

Colombia obtained a rating of 90.9%, gaining first place in the index, followed by India, Bulgaria, South Africa, and El Salvador.

Founded in Jamaica, the rebrand highlights the company’s expansion into new operations in Guyana and Honduras & a technology development center in Colombia.
