AES Colombia and Soluna signed an agreement with the FDN to finance solar energy that will impact more than 3,000 people in Alta Guajira.

The project, led by Spanish firm Sacyr covers 128 km including new roads, bypasses, upgrades, and maintenance of 244 km of roadway.

"Habi's technology is helping to make the market more transparent and efficient, and it is also helping to reduce the environmental impact of homeownership," said Sergio Fajardo of BID Invest.

The Inter-American Development Bank loan will be used on tech tools, management models, and improving the quality of citizen services.
