The only direct flight available between the two cities will operate twice per week, on Monday and Thursday, according to the Dominican low-cost airline.

The route will be available starting July 17 with two flights per week between the two cities, departing Medellín on Mondays and Thursdays.

The memorandum is valid for two years, extendable if the two countries so decide.
