As Duque visits Washington DC, US government personnel can no longer travel freely throughout Colombia for security reasons.

The embassy says there have been a series of crimes impacting US government personnel in the Chapinero and Rosales neighborhoods of Bogotá

Martha Lucía Osorio Cárdenas & Fernando Zuleta Bermúdez along with their daughter, Leidy Johana Osorio Bermúdez are charged with preying on poor Colombian women in Bogotá, Cali, & the Medellín area, selling them into sexual slavery abroad.

The massacres in Southeast Antioquia appear related to a confrontation between gangs associated with the Urabeños, which is also known as the Autodefensas Gaitanistas de Colombia (AGC), and the Medellin-based Oficina de Envigado. Both are looking to control local drug markets.
