Avianca's new Dallas-Bogotá route enhances existing US-Colombia connections, including Miami-Medellín and Bogotá-New York.

Avianca has launched a new route connecting Bogotá to Quibdó, enhancing Colombia's domestic air travel.

Avianca's current network between Colombia and Mexico includes routes from Bogotá to Mexico City and Cancún, as well as from Medellín.

IFS MRO and fleet planning software will provide visibility across the entire Viva network, bringing multiple disparate systems to a single view in order to more effectively scale the organization.  

Viva has recently added Orlando flights to its Miami flights in the US, and increased flights between Medellín, Colombia and Miami to four daily, up from one daily round trip. The carrier has also launched flights to México City and Cancún.

Avianca Airlines announced this afternoon that as of March 23, the carrier will completely suspend its international operations. The domestic operation will continue at 16% of capacity from Bogotá to certain destinations within Colombia.

The platform allows travelers to use their personal devices to connect to the aircraft’s entertainment offerings.

The NEO, or "new engine option," aspect of the aircraft reduces fuel costs and carbon dioxide emissions.

Cali will get direct flights to Santa Marta, Bucaramanga, and San Andrés, while Cartagena and Medellín also get new routes to San Andrés.
