Post election challenges for Colombia’s Petroleum Sector. Will Gustavo Petro shut it down?

This is the presentation given by Finance Colombia’s Loren Moss on June 24th at Vostock Capital’s Colombia Oil & Gas Congress in Bogotá, redone here in English (the original, I presented in Spanish). Given less than a week after Colombia’s presidential elections, many attendees of the conference were very concerned with how the incoming president will deal with the country’s petroleum industry.
