Meetings between Finance Colombia and the Council of American Enterprises at the latter’s headquarters in the Chicó district of Bogotá, were pleasantly interrupted by a serenade from Vallenato rising star Beimar Toledo, accompanied by his lovely publicist, Liliana Torres Ríos. Toledo performed several songs, a mix of classics, and previews from his upcoming album, to be released in May.
