International Real Estate Convention “Gran Salon Inmobiliario 2015” Launches In Bogotá September 24-27

The 10^th edition of Bogota’s principal real estate convention kicks off the 24^th of September in the Corferias convention complex, in conjunction with La Lonja Propiedad Raíz de Bogotá (a Lonja is equivalent to a board of realty, or Realtor’s association). Over the four days of the Gran Salon Inmobiliario, investors, entrepreneurs, visitors and real estate professionals will have the opportunity to learn about current and planned real estate developments, negotiate and close deals, and learn about finance options, investment opportunities, and allied service providers serving Colombia’s real estate sector.

The event expects up to 17,000 domestic and international visitors, and exhibitors representing various real estate sectors such as residential, office, hotel, retail, industrial, construction, and real estate finance.

This year’s event will also feature the presence of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the National Association of Realtors from the United States, and representatives from Colombia’s national and local governments. The Gran Salon Inmobiliario 2015 is open to the public. Admission costs $7,000 pesos for adults, $4,000 for students with valid ID, and free for children under 12.
