Bladex to Make Third Quarter Dividend Payment of $0.385 USD on November 21
Regional financial institutional Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A., better known as Bladex (NYSE: BLX), will pay out a third quarter dividend of $0.385 USD on November 21, the company determined this week at its board of directors meeting.
The dividend, whose amount matches the sum paid out in both the first and second quarters of 2017, will be paid in cash to all stockholders of record as of November 1, according to the bank.
As of September 30, Bladex had 39,364,561.73 shares outstanding of all classes, the organization said in a statement.
Bladex, which is based in Panama City, was originally established by a collection of central banks throughout Latin American and the Caribbean in 1979. With offices in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Peru, it now counts central banks, state-owned banks, and entities representing 23 Latin American countries, in addition to commercial banks and other financial institutions, among its shareholders.
