1st Edition Of CleanTec Show Americas Comes To Bogotá’s Corferias Convention Center November 3-4

Latin Press Inc., organizing company of CleanTec Show Americas, Expo and Congress for professionals in the areas of cleaning, hygiene and maintenance in Latin America, announce the first edition of this event to take place on November 3 and 4 of this year, at the Hotel Hilton Corferias in Bogota, Colombia, with a complete academic program and commercial exhibition with exhibitors from recognized brands in the industry.

This event has the support of the National Federation of cleaning Companies (Federación Nacional de Empresas de Aseo, Fenaseo), the renowned union that brings together companies that offer professional cleaning and related services in Colombia, in order to promote growth and formalization for this sector. It has more than 70 federated members, 300 contacts and 50 commercial agreements in Colombia.

As traditional in the events organized by Latin Press, CleanTec Show will hold the two-day Academic Congress, the first of which will have an exclusive agenda of expert Fenaseo professionals, with a general theme covering “Trends in the cleaning industry: what came up, what continues and what could change. Impact of the pandemic on the industry and the adoption of new standards and protocols for professional cleaning.”

The event will be held in parallel with TecnoEdificios, the renowned expo for the Facility Management industry.

Carolina Gallego, Academic Coordinator and Account Manager of CleanTec Show Americas, highlights that the Academic Congress will especially focus on topics regarding “maintenance in buildings and cleaning; sustainability and biosafety; robotics in maintenance management; enforcing Facility Management systems; myths and realities in sanitation; employee empowerment and emotion management in pandemic times; technological and scientific evolution in the cleaning sector; a case study about the Hilton CleanStay program, and much more.”

And to bring visitors even closer to the newest professional cleaning and sanitation solutions that have been developed during the pandemic, the Experience Room will be open to all visitors, a space for selected exhibitors to carry out different demonstrations of their products and solutions.

The Expo will begin on Wednesday, November 3, starting at 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., until Thursday, November 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the Academic Congress will be held the same days, starting at 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

In parallel with CleanTec Show, TecnoEdificios, the Congress and Expo for the facility management industry will also take place, which this year will also have a version in San Jose, Costa Rica.
