Initial training is focused on directors and process area chiefs, and covered human rights in business, conflict resolution and management, among other related topics.

Tecnoglass produces glass, windows, and associated aluminum products serving the multi-family, single-family, and commercial end markets.

In 2017 Tecnoglass installed 15,000 solar panels, which have negated over 10,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year since inception.
