Khiron Life Sciences this week announced that it has received manufacturing quotas from the Colombian TQG that authorize the company to manufacture high-THC whole plant extract for both export and domestic purposes.

The UN body allocated 131,000 pounds of dried marijuana flower production to Colombia, 21.84% of the entire world total.

The Canadian company with its main operations in Colombia sold more than 14.3 million common shares for $0.90 per share to raise the funding.

The Toronto-based company, which has its main operations in Colombia, is trading under the ticker symbol KHRNF.
