Colombian President Gustavo Petro's decreed 23% raise in the country's minimum wage may now be rescinded for failing to follow laws mandating limits for such measures.
The mass resignations come at a critical time for Petro's administration as it seeks to "reorganize" and "strengthen governance" in the last 18 months of his presidency.
