A deal between Jaime Gilinski and GEA has given the Colombian mogul control of Grupo Nutresa in exchange for his stake in Grupo Sura.

The lawsuit battles between Jaime Gilinski’s companies and Grupo Nutresa continues as both sides received blows to their cases against each other last week.
