Collective expects its common shares to commence trading on the NYSE American in Q3 2024.

The site hosts the same mineralization styles and geology as the nearby Apollo site, and more drilling is planned for April 2024.

Collective’s 2024 plan includes up to 40km of diamond drilling with 3 rigs currently operating & a 4th rig anticipated to start drilling this month.

The list includes both international and US companies traded on the market and is formulated by weighting a company's total return and average daily dollar volume growth throughout 2023.

"It is a busy and exciting time for the company with five drill rigs now operating at site,” said Ari Sussman, executive chairman at Collective Mining.

The net proceeds will advance the Guayabales Project at its site near Supía, Caldas, Colombia,

Collective Mining management and insiders will also be participating by up to 15% in the offering.

Collective Mining is finding results as high as 12.79 grams per ton of gold and 21 grams per ton of silver in its Caldas, Colombia mine site.

Apollo is a newly discovered high-grade copper-gold-silver porphyry-related breccia.
