Panamá's director of migration has called for another meeting with Colombian counterparts saying Colombia is not complying with its commitment to restrict the flow of irregular migrants across the border to 500 individuals per day.
The Colombian government continues to arrange humanitarian flights to repatriate its citizens stranded abroad. To participate, Colombians must have previously registered with their respective Colombian Consulates to qualify for these flights, and must pay the ticket cost.
