Smart City Expo Cali 2026

Smart City Expo Cali 2026 will take place on September 30–October 1, 2026, at the Centro de Eventos Valle del Pacífico in Cali, bringing together experts, companies, public-sector representatives, technology providers, and other stakeholders focused on smart cities, sustainable development, urban innovation, and emerging technologies.

Promoted by Fira Barcelona International and organized together with Corferias, the event is developed in collaboration with the District Mayor’s Office of Santiago de Cali and builds on the international Smart City Expo World Congress. Its 2026 edition will position Cali as a meeting point for discussions around intelligent, sustainable, and nature-based urban development.

Under the theme “Ciudades bio-inteligentes: innovación para la vida,” Smart City Expo Cali will explore how technology, nature, and urban life can be integrated to improve quality of life, strengthen resilience, and create new opportunities for communities. The event will address topics including biodiversity, sustainability, urban planning, technology, and innovation.

The congress will feature four main thematic areas: smart mobility and advanced logistics; safe cities and citizen wellbeing; environment and sustainable energy; and public innovation, creativity, and emerging technologies. These areas will bring together ideas, solutions, and expertise aimed at addressing the challenges facing cities and territories.

The event also presents Cali as a strategic platform for investment, technology, innovation, and urban transformation in Latin America and the Caribbean. Companies and professionals will have opportunities to engage with public and private-sector stakeholders and explore solutions for smarter, more sustainable cities.
