Unisys Names Laura Lafayette As New LatAm Human Resources Director

Unisys corporation (NYSE: UIS) has promoted Brasil human resources director Laura Lafayette to head human resources operations for all of Latin America, covering 10 countries and 3,800 employees serving roughly 300 customers.

Since 2014 Lafayette headed human capital management functions in Brasil, and now will work on developing selection and retention strategies in other Latin American countries as well. Previously, Lafayette directed human resources for Avaya and worked as Senior Business Partner, manager, and analyst for Intel.  Lafayette graduated in human resources management from the University of Portland in Oregon, USA.
