Air travelers arriving to Colombia are no longer required to obtain a negative COVID test to enter the country, however passengers must still complete Migracion Colombia’s Check-Mig immigration form in advance of departure and/or arrival and follow other protocols upon arrival such as mask-wearing. This includes reporting to the Colombian Government any flu-like symptoms that occur within 14 days of arrival in Colombia. Personal biosecurity measures such as mask-wearing and social distancing are also required in airports. For further information, see the Colombian Health Ministry’s COVID-19 information page.

Travelers presenting COVID symptoms are still prohibited from flying, and travelers, foreign & domestic must report any symptoms to Colombian authorities. Masks must still be worn at all times in airports and commercial aircraft. Travelers to destinations from Colombia must continue to abide by the COVID requirements of their destination country. For example, COVID-19 testing requirements for travelers to the United States have not changed. See the CDC’s FAQ and the Embassy’s COVID Information Page for more information.

These new regulations are contained in Colombia’s health ministry’s Resolution 777 of 2021 issued June 2, in the technical annex.
