The Radisson Blu at Santa Marta Resort & Spa is slated to open in 2017, and will feature a rooftop bar, three restaurants, and 17,000 square feet of internet-included meeting space, along with a gymnasium and spa. The ballroom can handle up to 800 guests. The hotel is targeted to both business and vacation travelers. It will be located 6 miles from the airport, and 4 miles from downtown Santa Marta. The 191 rooms will include six suites, and 60 balconies.

The Radisson Blu San Andrés Resort & Spa will be a beachfront hotel opening in the Q1 2016, and will feature 77 guest rooms including 34 suites, each with its own individual plunge pool, two restaurants, spa, gymnasium, and several bars, including a 3^rd floor terrace restaurant. Internet is included. The swimming pool has 27 meter lap lanes for serious swimmers or exercisers, but connects to a recreational pool and 18 meter float river that passes by the pool bar.
