DESCRIPTION:Andigráfica\, the trade fair in the graphic sector in Latin America that takes place every two years\, will take place from June 17 to 20 in the Gran Salón de Corferias. This edition will bring together more than 150 exhibitors and more than 30 speakers\, who will address the advances\, challenges\, and opportunities of the industry. This event is organized by the Colombian Association of the Graphic Communication Industry\, ANDIGRAF\, and Corferias. \nIf you are a customer\, belong or want to start your business in segments such as machinery and graphic equipment\, packaging and containers\, labels\, books and publications\, commercial printing\, textile\, suppliers and graphic services\, this is the ideal scenario to learn about trends and innovations and connect with visitors from all regions of Colombia and delegations from abroad of the graphic industry; a sector that has established itself as one of the most stable. \nIt should be noted that\, while the manufacturing sector registered a contraction of 2.1% in 2024\, the printing industry presented a growth of 0.8%\, evidencing a greater capacity to adapt to sectoral dynamics. This behavior allowed it to reach a 5.2% share of the industry’s GDP. In addition\, it is estimated that in that same year\, the sector was responsible for generating around 280\,000 direct jobs and reached a production of close to $5.8 billion pesos.\nIn terms of exports\, the graphic communication industry exceeded $559 million USD\, highlighting segments such as containers and packaging\, supplies\, and labels. \n“Without a doubt\, this meeting will be the opportunity to continue strengthening the industry. For this year\, we expect to welcome more than 15\,000 visitors\, surpassing the attendance of 2023. In addition\, we have joined forces so that visitors have access to a rich academic agenda in which more than 40 experts will participate\,” said Ana Garibello\, project manager of Andigráfica\, Corferias. \nTatiana Duarte\, executive president of ANDIGRAF\, highlighted that\, “This will be the best version of Andigráfica so far\, not only because of the growth in the number of exhibitors and the exhibition area\, but also because of the expansion of key spaces such as the Congress\, which in this edition goes from 2 to 4 days. In addition\, it will mark a milestone for the Association that celebrates 50 years of work and commitment to the graphic industry”. \nWhat will you find at Andigráfica 2025?\n\nColombia Gráfica Congress: Visitors will be able to participate in a high-level academic agenda with more than 30 speakers\, update their knowledge\, and connect with leaders in the sector.\nMaterials Center: In this experience scenario\, students will learn about the latest innovations in materials and specialized supplies for creating high-quality projects.\nVehicle branding: Attendees will be able to learn about the techniques\, materials\, and finishes that optimize brand visibility\, capturing attention on each route. A trend on cars that is gaining more and more strength.\n3D printing: Andigráfica will exhibit the latest trends in this technique that has revolutionized the graphic industry and advertising.\nLive exhibitions and textile technology: Visitors to the fair will be able to enjoy parades and live exhibitions that reveal how techniques such as draping turn a garment into a true work of art\, highlighting manufacturing processes with unique finishes. This space is designed especially for designers\, brands\, and entrepreneurs in the textile sector who seek to differentiate themselves with exclusive proposals.\nPrinting on any surface: different textures and shapes together with new printing processes expand the frontiers of creativity\, from wood and metal to glass and textile\, and they become powerful advertising tools\, opening up endless possibilities for visual communication.\nRemember that if you are a professional visitor\, you can register on the official website\, www.andigrafica.com\, on the “Professional Visitor Registration” tab and thus access the commercial exhibition at no cost.\n\nPhoto credit: Andigráfica.
