Avianca Inaugurates New Route Between Bogotá And Los Angeles
Avianca will inaugurate its nonstop Bogotá-Los Angeles-Bogotá flight on July 1st, giving travelers access to over 2,000 seats per week, along with available seats through three daily flights from San Salvador to the movie capital.
According to Avianca CEO, Fabio Villegas Ramírez, “The launch of these new frequencies is a result of the desire of Avianca to expand its services to the second most populated metropolis in the United States for travelers from South America that wish to get to key places in the West Coast of this country”.
The flight will arrive to Los Angeles International Airport T2 and will operate four times a week served by modern Airbus A330 and Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft. It will also allow travelers to connect in a faster and more efficient way to more than 20 destinations in the United States, as well as different cities in Canada, Japan, China, Taiwan and Australia.
In addition to Los Angeles flights, the Carrier currently offers nonstop flights to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, New York, Orlando and Washington D.C from its hubs in Bogotá and allows travelers to connect to Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Ángeles, Miami, San Francisco and Washington D.C through San Salvador.
