In an expansion of a service area already active in Colombia’s largest cities, Banco de Bogotá has opened another of its “premium” service locations for high-income clients in Bucaramanga.
This premium client feature offers services including financial portfolio management, investment services, and more personalized attention, according to the Bogotá-based bank.
It also is represents the point of service for some 15,000 customers nationally to interface with the company about its top-level “Infinite” debit card, preferential customer service communication channel, and exclusive partner program that offers alliance benefits with various other companies.
Banco de Bogotá now operates 16 premium locations in the country, adding the new branch, located in the Ruitoque building in the capital of the Santander department, to those already operating in Bogotá, Medellií, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, and Pereira. In all, the financial institution has been offering this service for the past seven years, beginning with a location in the Colombian capital where is hosts its headquarters.
Carolina Parra, national director of premium banking at Banco de Bogotá, said that this location represents a “reliable, exclusive, and modern service” and that the bank wants “to continue to grow and benefit the clients that grow with us, providing them with differential and personalized attention.”
